Leadership Training Series 1: A Transformative Initiative by ILF Ghana and Ga Central Municipal Education Directorate, Accra, Ghana — August 2024

The Ga-Central Municipal Education Directorate, in partnership with the International Leadership Foundation (ILF) Ghana, successfully organized a transformative leadership training program titled “Transforming Leadership Series 1. The event, held from August 27–29, 2024, at the Odorgonno SHS, brought together 73 participants, including education directors, their assistants, and staff from the Ministry of Education within the Ga-Central Municipality.

Objective and Program Overview
The training aimed to equip leaders with transformational leadership skills to effect positive change within their spheres of influence. Participants engaged in an interactive and hands-on learning experience that included practical demonstrations, project-based learning, and self-assessment exercises to enhance leadership capabilities.
