The International Leadership Foundation (ILF) Ghana successfully conducted a Transforming Leadership and Governance Seminar (TLGS) at Wesley Girls High School (WGHS) from January 6th to 8th, 2025. The seminar engaged 254 staff members, including both teaching and non-teaching personnel, and over 2000 students. The training focused on equipping participants with essential skills in leadership, personal development, and achieving academic excellence. As a result of the seminar, over 800 students registered for the Young Leaders League at WGHS, demonstrating a strong interest in further leadership development.
