Janet, a student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, was inspired to embark on a personal transformation project after participating in a TLG Seminar. Her goal was to share her newfound knowledge about leadership with young girls at her alma mater. She mobilized 19 like-minded colleagues who shared her passion for youth development, and together they formed the Gracious Impact Female Treat (GIFT) team. Collaborating with the International Leadership Foundation (ILF), GIFT worked towards training Junior High School female students from the Fiagbedu Basic Schools A and B. Over time, GIFT has grown to become a strong force in youth empowerment and education.
